Use Tooltip for additional information. Keep essential instructions and interactive forms outside it.

Checklist

• Give the Trigger a label that describes its action. A tooltip does not replace the label.
• Show the information on keyboard focus as well as hover, and allow Escape to dismiss it.
• Keep buttons, inputs and essential instructions outside Tooltip.
